Return Process

  Log in to your Duroflex account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit your request.

  Quality Inspection

  Our logistics partner will schedule a visit to inspect the product's condition and ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria including original packaging.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once the inspection is successful, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep at a time that is convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a final check, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
